CLIENT Luke Lamparelli, Founder of Gangsta Greens

SERVICES Branding • Logo • Packaging • Website

Gangsta Greens is an established microgreen farm in Bridgeport, CT that specializes in bringing organic, delicious products to local restaurants and local tables. I have sampled Gangsta Greens' products myself and I cannot recommend them more!

Challenge

  • Create a logo and brand identity that would fit into the circle of other organic small batch farmers while still having a bit of Bridgeport pride!

  • Craft a website that is as fresh and clean as their product and easy to navigate.

Solution

For the logo, the solution was to take a round, familiar typeface and add some angles for more character. The sharp leaves add that extra sense of grit without sacrificing modernity. I also created a packaging sticker that will go on all product packages as well as business cards for the farm crew. The website has a lot of white space and large photos to better show off the microgreens. The site centers around Gangsta Greens’ mission to provide the freshest microgreens around while also being a hub for orders and checking out what Gangsta Greens currently has in stock. Check out the site here!
